Stickflip is designed to be tossed, flipped and caught. Normal impacts and drops that reasonably occur during intended gameplay are covered.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers defects that occur during normal and intended use of Stickflip. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, intentional damage or circumstances unrelated to a product defect.

Please review the complete terms of your Stickflip Lifetime Limited Warranty below.
1. WHO IS COVERED? +
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of a genuine Stickflip product purchased in the United States for personal, family, or household use. The warranty is not transferable.
2. HOW LONG DOES COVERAGE LAST? +
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies for the lifetime of the covered Stickflip product while it remains owned by the original purchaser.
For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” refers to the useful lifetime of the covered Stickflip product and does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.
3. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS +
To activate the Lifetime Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must register the Stickflip within 60 days of purchase through our warranty registration page.
Registration is free. An order/receipt number and proof of purchase are optional during registration. Please retain your original receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase, as we may request it when processing a warranty claim.
4. WHAT IS COVERED? +
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of Stickflip.
Covered defects may include defects affecting the electronic components, flip-detection functionality, LED lights, sound functions, or other product components that prevent Stickflip from functioning as intended.
Stickflip is designed to be tossed, flipped and caught. Normal impacts and drops that reasonably occur during intended gameplay do not, by themselves, constitute misuse.
5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? +
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, intentional damage or forceful destruction beyond normal gameplay; use contrary to product instructions or safety information; water, liquids or excessive moisture; battery leakage or corrosion; unauthorized modifications or repairs where they caused the claimed damage or failure; loss or theft; or normal cosmetic wear that does not materially affect the functionality of Stickflip.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by circumstances unrelated to a defect in materials or workmanship.
6. WARRANTY SERVICE & $4.99 FEE +
If we determine that a claim is covered by this warranty, we will exchange the defective Stickflip for the same or a reasonably equivalent Stickflip product.
A flat $4.99 service and shipping fee applies to each approved warranty claim. This fee covers processing of the warranty exchange and standard shipping of the replacement Stickflip within the contiguous United States.
There is no charge for the replacement product itself for an approved warranty claim.
If the original version, design, or color is no longer available, we may provide a reasonably equivalent replacement.
7. HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM? +
To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@stick-flip.com and provide your name, email address, a description of the issue, and any information reasonably necessary to evaluate your claim.
We may request proof of purchase, photographs or video showing the issue, product information, or return of the defective Stickflip before approving a claim.
If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send a product to us unless you have received return instructions.
8. LEGAL RIGHTS & CONTACT +
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
